1. About BizGati

BizGati is a brand of LBT Mind Technology Pvt. Ltd.

BizGati provides business training, practical processes, tools, and guidance, including guidance related to handling delayed or stuck business payments.

2. Nature of the Service

BizGati Recovery Training is a training and guidance service.

BizGati is not a collection agency, law firm, legal representative, debt recovery agency, or done-for-you recovery service.

We provide processes, training, communication guidance, frameworks, templates, and tools that customers may choose to apply themselves or through their staff.

3. No Guarantee of Recovery

Payment recovery depends on many factors outside BizGati’s control, including the customer’s documentation, debtor behaviour, commercial relationship, dispute status, communication, financial condition, and implementation.

Accordingly, BizGati does not guarantee any specific recovery amount, recovery percentage, or recovery timeline.

Customer examples, testimonials, screenshots, case studies, or previous results are provided for context only and do not guarantee that another customer will achieve the same result.

4. No Legal Advice

Information, training, templates, notices, scripts, or guidance provided by BizGati are not a substitute for personalised legal advice.

Where a matter requires legal interpretation, litigation, statutory action, enforcement, or professional legal representation, you should consult an appropriately qualified legal professional.

5. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for checking the accuracy of information relating to your transactions and customers, deciding whether a particular action is appropriate, maintaining supporting records, communicating lawfully and professionally, and implementing any process or guidance you choose to use.

Final business and legal decisions remain your responsibility.

6. Eligibility and Information Provided

You agree to provide accurate and reasonably complete information when submitting forms, speaking with our team, purchasing services, or requesting guidance.

BizGati may decline or discontinue a consultation or service where the requirement falls outside the scope of our training or where the information provided is materially inaccurate or misleading.

7. Fees and Payments

The applicable price, payment terms, taxes, inclusions, access period, and service scope will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Only the price and terms communicated for the specific transaction should be relied upon.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Any applicable refund or cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of purchase or through the relevant Refund/Cancellation Policy.

Where no specific refund right has been communicated, any request will be handled according to the applicable service terms and law.

9. Training Materials and Intellectual Property

All BizGati training materials, frameworks, videos, documents, scripts, templates, trackers, graphics, branding, and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to LBT Mind Technology Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise stated.

Access is provided for the customer’s own permitted business use.

You may not reproduce, resell, publicly distribute, upload, publish, commercially sublicense, or falsely represent BizGati material as your own without written permission.

10. Account and Access

Where digital access is provided, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

Access must not be shared, sold, transferred, or made publicly available unless explicitly permitted.

11. Testimonials and Case Studies

Any customer testimonial, screenshot, case study, example, or recovery result displayed by BizGati represents that particular situation only.

Individual results vary, and past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

12. Third-Party Services

BizGati may use or link to third-party platforms such as payment processors, WhatsApp, hosting providers, CRM systems, video platforms, or other technology services.

Their availability, security, terms, and performance are governed by the respective third-party provider.

13. Limitation of Responsibility

BizGati will provide its training and guidance with reasonable professional care.

However, BizGati is not responsible for losses arising from a customer’s independent business decisions, incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, actions of debtors or third parties, legal disputes, failure to implement the process correctly, or circumstances beyond BizGati’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

14. Acceptable Use

You must not use BizGati materials or services for harassment, threats, coercion, unlawful recovery activity, impersonation, fraud, misrepresentation, or any activity prohibited by law.

15. Changes to Services or Terms

BizGati may update its website, training structure, technology, service delivery, or these Terms from time to time.

Changes will apply prospectively from the effective date stated in the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction specified in the applicable transaction documents or, where no separate jurisdiction has been agreed, the competent courts having jurisdiction over LBT Mind Technology Pvt. Ltd.
